Apologies for the exciting title! My DSis has asked me to come up with some meal ideas for her, she has a new baby and has cut out a lot of foods due to problems with breastfeeding, nappy rash etc and I'm really struggling to come up with anything for her.
She's not eating dairy, tomato, fruit or anything spicy and DN doesn't like to be put down so she hasn't got a lot of free time to prepare anything.
Does anyone have any brilliant suggestions please?

Is she getting any support with bfing? If she's I. The U.K. The Bfing Helplines are very good.

As for food, how about ham, chips and egg, stir fry (she doesn't have to add spice), oven baked risotto or carbonara.

Does she have a sling? My DD never liked to be put down and the sling was a godsend Smile

Thanks, she does have a sling and is finding it a godsend but I'm not sure she'd be able to stir fry safely wearing it and some days putting DN down for that long would cause more upset than she's comfortable with.
She is getting support with the breastfeeding but it's hard to pinpoint exactly which food is upsetting DN and so she's being ultra cautious. No dairy or tomato rules out all my favoured easy options including risotto or lots pasta dishes so I'm no help!

Has yiu DN ever been checked for tongue tie? Could you get your DSIL to read this?
