I like chili oil especially with deep fried veg fritters, of which I am planning of making many this summer. However I find a lot of commercial ones are gloopy eg amoy, and one with "dragon" in the name (can't remember the full name!). M&S isn't bad , but can anyone recommend a really good brand? Thanks.
