We have the same meals every week, and it continues to work well for us. Not the healthiest options, but at least they are eating what I make, so I count it as a win!

M- cheesy pasta & veg
T - spag bol
W - bangers & mash
Th - fajitas
F - burgers
S - pizza
Su - roast

The burgers and pizzas are getting old for DH and me, but ah well. They are eating meals. We'll branch out again eventually.

Reading. When I was a child, we had a set meal plan like yours. We were eating home cooked food and we always knew what was for tea. It worked well for us

Many people have said the same, Donge. My ASD son, in particular, thoroughly enjoys knowing exactly what is for dinner and what day of the week it is at the same time. :D
