Freezable flapjacks 1st birthday party

Hey all

Trying to think of snacks I can make at the start of the week for my son's 1st birthday party on Fri. I don't want to go over the top! I also can't use honey as some of his 'guests' are only 9 months.

I found the Sugar Free banana and date flapjack recipe on here which would also be great for snacks for DS after next week, but does anyone know if they can be frozen? Seems a bit hit and miss with flapjack recipes as to whether they are freezable but I don't know why!

FroZe them couple weeks before labour and they tasted good when breastfeeding!
