Premaking mushroom Wellington?

If I make the filling for a mushroom Wellington- this one here: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/sunday-brunch/articles/december/mushroom-wellington today, would it be OK to keep in the fridge until tomorrow? What stage would I stop at? New to more complicated cooking, thanks for any tips!
