Slow cooker recipe ideas needed please!

Hi, I am looking for some ideas for slow cooker recipes for suitable for my 11 month old. Trying to start getting him eating what we are rather than cooking separately for him.
I'm conscious of avoiding too much stock (even low salt ones) but lacking ideas for tomato/other based ones. Most recipes I find require stock cubes.
Any ideas gratefully received!
