I've just got a second job, which means one day a week I've got a couple of hours between jobs, which is effectively my evening, so don't want to spend ages cooking. It falls on a day when DS is late home and DH comes in and has to be out within an hour, so need something which can just be reheated.

Just wondering what others would make. We eat mainly veggie, fish and chicken.

Maybe a slow cooker would work for you?

Things that can be made in bulk and reheated easily: pasta bake, soups, stews, chilli, dhal, pizza, burgers, fish cakes. Jacket potatoes and omelettes arequick and easy to do.

I make lots of batches of Jamie's Hit 'n Run chicken, super easy and reheats really well. Either serve with salad or rice and its yum.

Sorry can't link but should be easy to find on google
