I've been collecting leftover veg in the fridge since Boxing day. Any ideas, what to do with it?

Cooked or uncooked? What state is it in?

dementedpixie Sat 02-Jan-16 22:58:42

What sort of veg?

onlyslightlyinterested Sat 02-Jan-16 22:59:25

All cooked. Seems fine, though maybe a little smelly...

If it was uncooked I would keep it but as it is cooked I would throw it away

If they are still okay, fry some shallots in a big shallow pan, chuck in the veg, get really hot and crisp then and add a couple of beaten eggs , a sort of frittata smile

Yikes cooked over a week ago and smelly? Yup that's a bin situation.

Bin, they are 8 days old and already cooked. You needed to have used them within a day or two
