Best way to cook salmon?

I usually have it with butter, garlic and dill wrapped in aluminum foil and cooked in oven. Have run out of foil, and have no greas proof paper either so whats the best way to cook it.

Poach it in water, with some butter, salt and pepper. Leaves it nice and juicy..

Fry it with a smidgen of oil on both sides until nearly done and then add some soy sauce and some sweet chilli sauce. Delicious.

Bake it for 30 mins. At 350. Put salt and pepper on it, Garlic is yummy too. You don't need to cover it.
