Can I refreeze cooked Quorn mince which was originally frozen?

I bought some frozen Quirn mince and made a bolognaise on Thursday. I have leftovers and wondered if safe to freeze these? Seeing as the mince came already frozen and I presume cooked?
Any advice?!

Yes because in my head it's "changed state" from uncooked to cooked from its original freezing to now.

This is why I find this whole thing confusing.
I don't think quern changes state. I do think all that happens to it is it is heated through (unlike beef mince which would go from raw to cooked).
Same for breadcrumbs. Advice is to keep them in the freezer to use as needed but then can you freeze whatever you've applied them to?

It does change molecularly if only because it contains egg and is a protein. I've been doing this for years never had a problem.

I would, and do.

Yes, as long as it hasn't been sitting around for hours at room temperature. Chill quickly after cooking then freeze, it'll be fine. I do it all the while with Quorn.
