Can I have your mince recipes please?

I have been given lots of mince from a local butcher (friend). So far we have had lasagne & spag Bol. I've no idea what to do with the rest & it's the only meat I have left.

Hubby hates mince/onions/veg/potatoes all together so that's not an option.

Could you give me some inspiration please??

Burgers-add an egg, some finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs and an egg.

I do a thing where I make a bread/herb/onion stuffing and then take the mince, keep it together and then stuff it, pour a bit of wine over it and roast it. It is really lovely.

Teriyaki meatballs with rice (add equal parts soy and honey and some ginger and garlic to meatballs).

Meatball curry. Add a minced onion, breadcrumbs, egg and curry paste to the mince. Add to a curry sauce made with onions, garlic, curry paste, green beans, chilli and chickpeas.

Beef chilli on top of a tortilla spread with guacamole and with a fried egg on top.
