Leftover smoked brisket.

I'm smoking 3 2 kg briskets, we are having friends over tonight which will use 1 of them with some leftovers, another one is going to work for anyone who wants to take some and the other normally goes to my mum to share with her friends.
I completely forgot my mum is on Holliday so I have a whole spare brisket and need ideas to use it.
Things I normally do: tacos, chilli, sandwiches.
I'm not sure if I can find enough uses for it or if I should give it to friends or people at work.
Anyone have any ideas for what to do with it?

Some sort of pie? Either pasty or potato topped.

We have a huge amount of lamb leftover so poor DP is going to be eating pie for the foreseeable future.

Pasty is a good idea! The pie idea has made me thing a hash could work.

Could you freeze it as is?

or make a bourgignon-type-stew thingy (red wine, mushrooms, garlic, thyme; cook long and slow) and freeze in portions?
I've just used a whole brisket to make this and then i freeze in old chinese containers - one is enough for 2 decent servings.

Otherwise, what about slicing thinly (access to a meat slicer?) and using in sandwiches?
Basically, any recipe that uses beef mince, you could substitute this for. Good luck and let us know what you do! :D

This recipe uses lamb but you can use any meat and its just the thing for a British summer.
