What are your easiest slow cooker recipes?

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and trying to meal plan for the next few weeks. I want to basically chuck stuff into my slow cooker in the morning without browning/cooking any first if poss!

My go to is chicken casserole, where i stick in the thighs, some frozen casserole veg, chopped tomatoes, a stock cube and some herbs. Can anyone add their easiest slow cooker recipes for me to try?

We love pulled pork. Look for pork carnitas.
Lamb shoulder and Riko's beef brisket.
Also Italian beef stew. Beef with chargrilled peppers from a jar. Yum.

I'm not sure this even counts as a recipe as its so easy.

Jar ready made tomato pasta sauce, packet ready made beef meatballs, chopped mushrooms.

For extra lazy points serve with a pouch of microwave rice.
