Give me inspiration for meals over the weekend (something simple!)

Please can anyone give me some inspiration for what to cook over the weekend, or what you're having (don't mind if some is easy out of freezer). We eat mainly veggie, fish & chicken. We got a foreign student at the moment, so also have to think about what she'll eat, although, we've had no rejects yet. Can't think what I fancy or want to do (basically not really in the mood to cook at all!). I can get around DH suggesting one meal out, but need inspiration for tonight and the weekend.

This week we've had salmon, fajitas, spag bol, chicken & veggies and last night just cold chicken, ham, cheese, jacket potatoes & salad. We like veg chilli & curry, but been avoiding those as it's been hot and muggy here the last couple of days.

My default meal if I feel a bit veggie is Somerset Pie

It has the added advantage that if taken in company a bowl of pork sausages allows those of a non-vegitarian bent to add a compatible meat source without any fuss.

We've been eating a lot of chicken kebabs with peppers and mushrooms plus rice or coleslaw.

My fave quick meal at the moment is fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli (or M&S rocket & ricotta) with wilted spinach and cherry tomatoes (wilt spinach and toms in micro for 1 min the put on top of cooked pasta on plate) with tomato and basil sauce - fry chopped onion and fair bit of garlic in olive oil, add tin chopped tomatoes, squirt tomato puree, salt, pepper and a handful of fresh/frozen chopped basil (or cheat and buy a pot of fresh sauce), top pasta and sauce with toasted pine nuts and grated parmesan, yummy!
