Cooked sausages left out for 4 hours

Would you eat them today? Forgot to put them in fridge straight away. They were covered.

Depends how warm the room was.

My kitchen is nearly always cold (cold enough that butter at room temperature isn't spreadable) so unless it was a really hot day I don't wouldn't worry about it.

If it was a warm day I'd probably bin them though.

After the chicken thighs left out overnight, the sausages left out for 4 hours, I am now waiting for threads on the safety of eating roast beef left out for 2 hours or a shoulder of lamb taken out of the oven 10 min ago...

Sorry OP, I am a bit mischievous here but yes, 4 hours is fine and in my opinion, overnight would be too.
