Favourite picnic foods

I am looking for ideas for picnic food that isn't just sandwiches, crisps, snacks like cocktail sausages, scotch eggs. We usually take coleslaw, a quiche.

Just looking for something a bit different. Thanks.

Cold pizza is a favourite for my dcs, I also do dips and cucumber, carrot sticks, pasta salad sometimes.
Flapjacks for something sweet that won't melt!
Freeze water or juice for hot days then it stays lovely and cold. Prosecco for the grown ups!
