Sauce leftover from today

I made a red wine sauce for today's dinner (also with sofrito and beef stock) and have loads leftover. If I chill it will it be ok for bolognaise on Tuesday?

Yes, it'll be fine!. If you wanted to you could make the Bolognese tonight and freeze it for whenever.

Good. I think it'll add a bit of extra flavour and it would have been a shame to waste it.
