Healthy cook books - any recommendations please?

Seem to have gotten into a rut with meals in general, especially healthier foods.

I'm generally okay at following recipes and my family are open to new food ideas. But, I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the different books available.

Can anyone recommend a good cook book?

Thanks

Try the Greedy Girls Diet by Nadia Sawalha.

I'm a fan of Jamie's 15 minute meals. Though they usually take me about half an hour, at a relaxed pace.

The Hairy Bikers diet books are both excellent

I've just bought Diana Henry's change of appetite- it's a very nice book with some beautiful recipes.

The hairy dieters are good, but a bit plain IMO

Anna jones a modern way if eating is veggie and very health concerned with some beautiful recipes ( a sweet potato dhal especially comes to mind as does a blood orange margarita but that's hardly healthy )

The Anna Jones book is my favourite cookbook. And I have a lot of cookbooks...

I second the Hairy Dieters ones. Also Shelina Permalloo Sunshine Diet is great.

Quick and easy Indian cookery by Madhur Jaffrey does what it says on the tin.

Lots of veggie, fish & chicken healthy options
