I ran out of KLL the other week (I KNOW!! First world problems eh?!)
I used a couple of bits of lime peel instead, just pared them off with a speed peeler.
Do you have a lime?

Use grated lime zest and a squeeze of the juice. It'll be fab and I totally want Thai curry now!!
