Dh has just finished a juicing diet and there is lots of kale left over... Anyone got any ideas/recipes?

Kale chips. With lots of salt. Yum.

I also add to my homemade veg soup.

Lovely wilted with a good squeeze of lemon juice as a side veg. Brilliant in stir fries. Takes strong flavours like garlic and chilli really well.

Borlotti bean, sausage and kale casserole ( i made it using kale instead of the savoy cabbage in the original recipe) yummy!

I'm making a traditional Dutch dish with kale right this very minute!

Boil potatoes up with the kale (all stalky bits removed) and mash together.
I add little bacon bits too. Serve with smoked sausage.

Big bowl, put your kale in, add some olive oil or similar good oil.
We add spices etc, or sometimes just salt & pepper or chili flakes
Toss well and then spread out on a baking tray and bake in hottish oven for about 10 mins or so, just keep checking. Remove when starting to crisp up, dont forget them, mine did 12 hours - AGA mind so couldnt smell them.
Nice replacement for crisps etc

As well as frying with garlic and bacon, I've used it in a white sauce. It's similar to parsley and delicious with fish.

With pasta
Add to pasta for the last few minutes of cooking, and drain.
Dry off some garlic and bacon. Add to pasta.

With fried rice
Do your egg fried rice as usual and add kale.
