Christmas party nibbles. Hope this is enough.

I have invited people to my house for christmas drinks and nibbles. I stated nibbles in the invite to make it clear ( I.e only finger food.) So this is my plan. There should be around 15 people.

Pulled pork and pulled lamb put into little rolls (bite sized) with Apple sauce, barbecue sauce and possible pomegranate molasses. ( probably going to buy two shoulders of pork and one of lamb so at least 3 kilos if not 4)

Sausage rolls and sticky cocktail sausages ( not masses only about 2 Lbs total)

I have made two quiches which I will cut into bite sized pieces ( made in a square tin)

Tomato and mozzarella balls

Smoked salmon blinis

Spicy nuts, crisps, olives around the house

For deserts bite sized raspberry and lemon cheese and bit sized opera cake.
Possibly fruit kebabs as well.

Plenty of drinks, champagne wine, spirits and plenty of soft drinks.

I am hoping this will be plenty since it just "nibbles". Do people think this is enough? Seems very simple to me but that suits me since I want to enjoy it.

I have a few emergency nibbles as well.

Sounds like masses to me.

Nibbles here would be olives, nuts and crisps.

It all sounds lovely. And plenty.

Reminds me that I need to get organised too!

Is this a stealth boast Grin

I'd call that a buffet tbh. Sounds yummy! Envy

Not a stealth boast Smile think I am getting the food equivalent of the "the twitch"

Seems like plenty to me though now I have written it down very porky!

Will stick to plan and not panic!
