creamy salmon pasta without cream??? is it poss?

can it be done? would creme fraiche work? whats it taste like?

I always use creme fraiche, it's one of my favourite meals.

Depends on your reason for not wanting to use cream..
As low fat alternative I use v low fat fromage frais for the creamytexture-works on lots of creamy dishes so am sure would be fine with salmon.

i would suggest yeo valley half fat creme fraiche i use this for everything just take off the heat and stir in if you want totally no fat use quark

low fat cream cheese with a bit of milk also works v. well.
