Chicken burgers

Does anyone have a good recipe for homemade chicken burgers please? I've looked some up on the web and most say use a chicken breast and bash it flat but I was thinking of using minced chicken. I've never made them before but would they fall apart if I used it minced like I would with a beef burger? Do I need to use an egg to combine it and what seasoning would you use? TIA

No need to add an egg, nice with grated courgette and thyme and lemon zest :) but any flavours you like will work IMO. I usually fry lite oven tray and bake. They do tend to shrink. Bon appetite.
