Mince them, add some mint (jar will do) and make minted lamb burgers (or koftas). Failing that, fry in a little butter and eat with whatever you have (salad and crusty bread works here). You don't need to do too much with lamb.

Mush up some garlic oil salt and herbs, rub on (leave to marinate for a bit if you can) then griddle on hot pan. Squeeze over some lemon. Good with salad and pitta bread.

Like the sound of koftas but no mincer.

Food processor? Blender?

A bit of balsamic is very nice with fried lamb steaks.

food processor and blender. FOr some reason I thought they didn't mince meat very well (no idea if its true or not!)

caramelised-ish onions would go nicely with them grilled

or a nice tangy salad and new potatoes

if it's not too late - lamb shrewsbury is amazing. Seriously. Fucking amazing.

I usually make with neck of lamb, so don't worry if your cuts are different from what's suggested

Lamb tagine.
