I am looking at another thread - things that make you feel better ... and lots of peeps are suggesting wine and chocolate ...

Is it just me - but I really cannot eat them together .... they just taste horrid ...

Separately ????? now that's a totally different ball game

But the absolute best thing, is to dip the chocolate into the wine

I can eat chocolate anytime (look's hungrily at the box DP has brought me!)

Wine on the other hand is different i have to be chilled in front of a good tv programe or mumsnet and be in the mood for it! Then it can only be white, unless im in front of the fire in winter with mulled wine yummy!

Chocolate and wine, in the bath!

Dark chocolate is nicer with a crisp dry white wine

I suppose it's a bit like me and raisans, I love them but can't stand them in curries or flapjacks.
