I've just cooked some cauliflower - DH is asleep and as I want to MN in peace without the constant "are you going to be on there all night?" I want to leave it to go cold then do cauli cheese later for dinner.
Will it go black? Should i do the cheese sauce etc now and cook it then microwave it later?
URGENT !
