Do you have a packet of stuffing mix - sage and onion paxo or something?

Put the oven on to 200C

Cut the marrow in half and de-seed with a desert spoon. Place the marrow in a baking tray and cover with plenty of olive oil,or sesame oil, or flavoured oil you can use a brush if you a tidy minded or you can just slosh it on an shake the tray about to cover if you are more like me.

Put the marrow in the oven and then go and have a lie down for 15 minutes

Sprinkle some woody-herbs like rosemary, thyme or lavender over the marrow if you have any and baste and turn the marrow .

Make the stuffing mix in a pudding basin and open a bottle of wine.

Pour large glass for self and drink

Finely chop an onion and gently fry in olive oil until transparent add the pork mince and pretty much anything else that comes to hand and continue cooking together for about 10 minutes or until you're happy the pork is fried and you won't be giving everyone salmonella !

Then fold that in to the Paxo add some of the wine if it needs some more liquid stuff the marrow and cook for a further 15 - 20 mins or so.

Serve.

Eat
Drink more wine

Enjoy.
