I absolutely love mash potato. I feel that I shouldn't always mash them and leave the lovely little things looking nice and round and smooth but I can never resist! Just looking for ideas on how to pep it up a bit for more variety, thanks

Spring onion mash, leek mash, garlic mash, pesto mash (red pesto mash is especially good stuff).

Colcannon, Champ, I could go on...

Butter. Salt. Butter. More butter.

If I'm feeling really exotic, maybe some cabbage to make colcannon. And some more butter.
