If I make a batch of soup today, just veg and stock. How long will it keep in the fridge? I'm hoping to have a weeks worth for lunches.
I'm not sure tbh, I tend to keep it 3 days and freeze the rest in individual portions.
I make soup on a Sunday will happily eat until Friday. I do put it into individual portions in screw top pots though so it's not coming in and out of the fridge. As long as it's got no meat product or dairy in it should be fine.
I cook soup on a Sunday and eat it everyday until Friday kept in a lock and lock and opened everyday to get a portion. Currently have yellow split pea soup bubbling away on stove!
