Two MN recipes have become household standards in this house:
- Franny's muesli recipe
- suzywong's courgette, mascarpone, pancetta and lemon (which probably isn't a recipe just something she made up to help me one day, but still, we eat it pretty often).
And tonight I tried Franny's sugar-free wholemeal banana cake. I was quite skeptical, which wasn't helped by the fact I had to wing the SR part of the wholemeal flour.
That being said, it's really tasty, and I'm very happy with it.
