Hiya
can I pick at your culinary brains for a mo?
Have seen this mentioned a few times and wondered, do you just put all three ingredients together or is it with a sauce? Any inspirational thoughts would be good.
Thanks

cook pasta shapes (add broccoli 3 mins before end of boiling time) grill chicken, chop into pieces. Add chopped spring onion, sweetcorn and red pepper strips. Mix all together.
Dressing - 4 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Put into a jar and shake, then add to pasta.

Ooh that sounds good GB.
I might go the other way and cook pasta then broc, stir fry chicken separately and put the lot in a cheese sauce then bung under the grill with breadcrumbs and cheese on top.

Lots of pans tho (but never mind as DH does the pots )

Lots of carbs in mine too (or possibly [glutton emoticon]

Clary, I sometimes marinade the chicken first in the dressing and stir fry (it makes it v tender if left for a few hours) then once cooked, mix it all together.

I do a chick & broccoli pasta bake - I grill or roast the chicken, cook pasta & broccoli.
Out it all in an overnproof dish, add half a jar of salsa (doritos or pringles), pour on some cheese sauce, add a little more grated cheese & bake for about 15-20 mins.
