If you have any, add some mixed spice to the apples too while cooking! Or any of cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, allspice, ginger.Now I want to creep downstairs and have a sneaky bite of the apple blackberry crumble in the fridge - has ground ginger and cinnamon in the crumble. Mmm.

much too late for your 30 minutes.... but just in case you're going to try lateroven on at about 200apples and blackberries in a pan with a little bit of butter and some sugar - cook until starting to see juice and apples are a little bit softenedcut pastry into circles, put fruit on one halfgo round edge of circle with egg/milk/water (in order of preference. fold over and press down edge, make a slit in the topwash with remaining egg or milk - in oven for 25 minutes
I have the above! I only have 30 mins. Give me some idea how to make super speedy apple turnovers...
