Would you serve extra veg with this menu?

And if so what?

We are having:-

Sun dried tomato hummous with roasted summer veg

Griddled lime salmon with spiced lentils topped with greek yoghurt mint and cucumber

Red wine jellies with summer fruits and creme fraiche

I'm a bit unsure about the main, it tastes gorgeous but looks boring and there isn't any veg with it, we have had the sort of veg that are served with the starter with it in the past but obviusly can't do that now.

I don't wnat to start changing my food, just suggestions for somethig to go with the main, or do you think it's ok?

lovely menu, I don't think it's REALLY important to add veg if you don't like the sound of anything

I think I'd be tempted to jsut do somethign simple like cook some fine green beans, then toss them in some olive oil, salt, pepper and a tsp of wholegrain mustard and serve that with it. Sounds very nice though.
