Thick toast and butter
Dall with frozen chapatis
microwave sponge and cream
carbonara
pringles
Jacket spud with cheese, white pepper and butter

White chocolate buttons from the freezer. Once they've lost their snap they're not as nice.

I had Bikerun's Fishfinger buttie- haddock fish fingers on ketchup smeared bloomer seasoned with salt and vinegar.
I'm making the Dahl mentioned soon too.
Thank you for the great suggestions, things I had completely forgotten about like rice pudding for example

Cook yellow lentils. While they're doing, put your feet up with a cup of tea then towards the end of the cooking time, fry an onion then add curry leaves, cumin, chilli and mustard seeds. Add to the cooked lentils, then add coconut milk and cook for another couple of minutes. Tastes utterly indulgent and creamy. We eat it loads in winter.

Mine has to be a chip and mushy pea sandwich. Perhaps not quite what you are after grin

sorry you're feeling down.... this "magic chocolate pudding" is dead simple and very comforting.... looks crap when you put it in the dish but it creates a chocolate fudge- like cake in a sauce when it bakes
