I tried to cook chicken Thai green curry in my slow cooker. It's been in there 14 hours on low but the thigh meat looks pink? Is it cooked? I didn't have time this morning so I didn't bother browning the chicken first. God I feel stupid.
it's def cooked.thigh meat can take a pinkish colour when cooked.
Thank you so much! I was worried about poisoning ds.
thighs are a darker meat than breast meat so they could be cooked but still have a pink tinge'www.finecooking.com/item/5177/chicken-thighs
