How do i cook rib eye steak?

DH did the shopping and it not something i have cookedbefore but whats the best way and do ineed to put somethiing on it to make it tasty?, thank you

I like mine grilled or cooked in a griddle pan, don't over cook it {i like it med/rare)
You could put a sauce with it, pepper sauce or i like a garlic sauce with mushrooms (yum).

how do i make pepper sauce DH says his mum make sa fab one but dont want to ask her - sorry for all the questions but i'm veggie so all new for me, but he has been working on my car today so wnat to do him a good turn

simple pepper sauce,

I just chuck 1/4 pint of double cream in a sauce pan add a small handfull of pepper corns (black or green) and reduce it down (let it boil for a few minutes), it will go thick and saucey, use it sraight away (dont reheat).
