I second biryani. How about dhal, and other curries? I love anjum anand's (sp?)books. Or how about a veggie Boston baked beans? I'm not a veggie myself but sure you can get great use out of your lovely pan without meat.
I have won some cast iron cookware and while 'tis a thing of beauty, I'm a bit stumped as to what I will cook in it. I'm happy to just gaze at it, but would be nice to make some use of it as well. At the moment I'm thinking maybe a proper biryani but nothing else springs to mind. Any inspiration?
