I think I am getting a bit over thinky about this whole meal plan palaver-
Is a butty for lunch (with yogh, fruit,a dry biscuit) and pizza with cucumber, cherry toms and some grated carrot ok for one day? What about beans on toast or egg on toast for tea- is this a shit days food?
They have pancakes and cereal for breakfast (or cereal and croissant/cheese on toast/crumpet) for breakfast and a mid morning snack of fruit, with a snack of fruit after school (and maybe a bourbon or a custard cream type thing) but maybe once or twice a week we have something on and I get tied in knots about defrosting lamb chops and making 3 types of veg...
They only have fruit, jelly, yoghurt or a slice of cake for pudding. And only drink milk and water.
