I'm cooking a chicken curry tonight and had some chicken breasts in the freezer. Got them out this morning, they're getting defrosted but still have a way to go.
I've separated them out, taken out of pack and put in a bowl. When I cook the curry, the chicken will be cut up into smallish chunks. It'll cook for a while, everything will cook through. I think that it should be ok to do this, even if the chicken is still frosty when I start cooking, as it will cook all through.
Any thoughts? I won't have time to do it tomorrow and really fancy curry tonight!
