A low fat special meal please

I've to cook a special meal - main plus pudding for 6 adults and 3 children. For health reasons (accommodating the guest of honour) this must contain as little fat as possible, no alcohol and not be spicy. I don't want to do pasta as I don't think the special guest will view that as special. I'm quite an experienced cook but this is defeating me at the moment. Especially pudding. We rarely have them but when we do I don't consider the fat content!

Special and low fat...
Steak and lots of veggies?
Shellfish with pasta?
Fish with couscous and veggies?
Roast dinner with new potato and veggies?

Pudding- fruit salad, crumble with porridge oats as the topping, low fat ice cream, cupcake with no icing, cake that uses juice or bananas as sweetener rather than sugar, pancakes with fruit as a filling, sorbet might have less fat than icecream? , mousse (I've seen recipes that use low fat Creme Fraiche or low fat Greek yoghurt), low fat Greek yoghurt with fruit?

anything useful on this thread i once started?

I have also come across roulade recipes with little fat, obviously the whipped double cream you roll up in it more than makes up for it... But if you could find something else for the fillng, that could be a goer.

Thanks all. Steak and shellfish seems good. Maybe surf and turf. Couscous too. I like the idea of pancakes with fruit. And that low fat thread is brilliant. Lots of good ideas there. Strangely it's pancreatitis that our guest has too. So no alcohol. But pears in honey sounds lush. It's the fat/alcohol I need to cut out rather than calories per se so that's all really helpful.
