Hello I tried the fruit loaf from the Panasonic book yesterday and I wasn't that impressed, it tasted a bit dense instead of fluffy IYKWIM?
Just hoping somebody out there might have a better recipe for the bread machine? Thank you!

No help, but I made that same recipe earlier this week too & am similarly unimpressed. It was like a brick! Hope someone comes along with a better recipe!

I make the fruit loaf bread with panasonic and have never had a brick confused

It is a lovely loaf and light and moist, I also make the malt loaf and enjoy that to.
