I've always found Pam Corbin's recipe in H F-W's River Cottage Preserves an easy recipe especially if you use the whole fruit method. Linkie here just scroll down to about half way for the method.
In the last couple of days I've made about 12lbs of this Katie Stewart marmalade. I don't add the dark treacle though. Sometimes I chop the peel in the magimix, but be careful not to chop too fine.I also find that it takes about 35 - 40 minutes to reach setting point.Also, I always use Silver Spoon sugar (Tesco do it) rather than Tate & Lyle as it froths a lot less.Love making it as it makes the house smell so lovely.
Does anybody know of one please? I made some a couple of years ago with a really good straightforward recipe but can't remember where I found it...
