I would have said fish pie . I love a good fish pie. How about roast mediterranean veg and cod with cous-cous or rice? I would soooo have a fish pie though! Or, you could bake the cod with lemon and wine and serve it with sauté potatoes.

Unfortunately dd2 will not touch fish pie with a barge pole. I will probably fillet it to make good sized fillets and use the odds and ends for a small fish pie.

Can you believe it? He came home empty handed and said he had dropped it off at a neighbour as he knew our freezer was totally packed to the rafters.

Charming. Plus side is that the neighbour works for local artisan bakery and is gonna bring us some nice bread.
