We will proberbly be eating quick and easy today,as we will be cooking for a party this evening.
However,we'll proberbly start with a bit fry up to give us strengthGrinSo I'll have to go off and cook that now.

Poached eggs on muffins for breakfast,

Skip lunch,

Rack of lamb with roasted baby veg and dauphinoise potatoes

Some runny brie and gorgonzola cheese for dinner

i remember my nan always saying that you should eat fish on good friday.havent a clue why!
think were off to tescos when dh ahs finished doing the car and will buy something yummy!

fish on Friday is a catholic thing.
Am making a chciken tonight but no clue how yet...
Have made a carrot cake this AM (I'm pregnant!!!) and an egg salad with spring onions.
About to have soup, salad and sanwitches (with my home made bread) in a minute.... I'm hungry Smile

no seriously have some fish but also have some pork fillets and chicken fillets which need to be cooked today sooooo was thinking of having chicken and something Grin and putting the pork in the slowcooker this evening ready for lunch tomorrow
