poach it

that is add it to a pan of gently simmering lightly salted water and cook for 20 minutes, it wil be a bit bland but if you have a rich dressing then that will make up for it

Or roast it
Brush with a little oil and season it and roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes

bake it in foil low temp, with some moisture or it will end up like a shoe sole :)
