Whata bout basic shortbread and just add chocolate chips.
6 oz flour
4 oz butter
2 oz sugar
Though i double this recipe to make more. Rub butter and flour together until like crumbs stir in sugar add choc chips and knead into a dough shape into biscuits then i out them in oven at 130 degrees and leave them and check after about 20 mins depending on size of biscuits.
