i made \link{http://www.kyokoskitchen.com/recipes/recipe.php?filename=baked-cheesecake&lang=en\this} one a few weeks ago - very simple altho quite expensive ingredients - was scrummy - made raspberry coulis to go with. Definitely recommend. (V rich tho)

Oh - but if you do use that recipe i recommend a bit more biscuit in the base. I mixed digestives with gingernut - which was nice. But i didn't feel i had enough - i'd double the base amount personally - but i like that bit :)
