my ds age 1yr somehow got a frozen turkey (breaded) finger out of the freezer&bit a chunk of&ate it,will this harm him,advice needed please

it is probably pre-cooked, can you tell by looking?

how long do you have to cook it for? if it relatively short a time it may just be re-heating
