Now ive lost 20lbs and have been eating healthily. Cutting all that crud out totally.

I put on a lot at uni. There was an ice cream bar, ice cream cones for dessert with every meal! Included in the price!

Also, the cafeteria food was much better than my mother's cooking.

what do you weigh now?

I used to have a pork pie or sauasgae roll on the way home from work -that piled on the pounds!!

I thought it was the home made cakes but it turned out I was pregnant! Sheesh - who'd have thought eh?

I've lost weight recently by cutting out bread. When I was hungry between meals I used to make myself a largish round of sandwiches - now I have a bowl of cereal. I also skip lunch frequently (not ideal I know but easy to do on my work days when I am too busy to stop) and sometimes only have a bowl of cereal for my evening meal.
Oh and porridge for breakfast is good as it keeps you full for ages.

lol soup

i put on a ton (2 stone to be precise) when dh and i moved in together - we were so lazy and content, we had pizza hut and booze almost every night

i went on a major diet when planning for wedding and lost 3 stone (WW mostly)

the put on 2 stone when pg, lost it again with WW, got pg and put on another stone and lost that again

am back to what i was pre- meeting dh

although am older now and everything has gone south

Huge water retention in the final 2 months of pregnancy. Ten days after the birth of dd, I'd lost 3 stone Shock.

Now extra weight is due to night snacking (halted 6 weeks ago), lifestyle change since being a mum (no regular exercise classes for me), and slower metabolism (inevitable with getting older). I've got 1.5 stones to lose, and am finding it difficult to shift.

i have a friend who eats massive amounts of cheese, has double cream on her morning cereal (2bowls), at least 2 cream cakes a day, and biscuits biscuits biscuits

went on holiday with her a couple of times and she was always hungry, we had a fridge in the room and it was always full of croissants and cheese, double cream (she only drinks cocktails, most of them with cream), butter, you get the drift

drank fizzy juice all day

as i said she was ALWAYS hungry, just thought about eating all the time

its just a lifestyle, a habit
