egg free pancake recipie for tomorrow

much to my dismay and irritation (eggs would make quick meals so much easier) ds still comes up really badly in hives if he has egg.

soooo, can i just make a normal batter without egg in it (i only ever put one in anyway)? should i put a tablespoon of oil in instead?

thanks sparkler...that's more of an american thick pancake recipie i think...i'm just going to try it without eggs i think....
